My picks success Sat night Sept 1

In case anyone is interested.
We still have 2 more games to play in ITM cup which should be 2 more home wins.
Plus one more Aviva game which is London welsh vs Leicester, which should be a massacre.

Heres the stats
French Top 14
 5 wins out of 7
All the bookies'favs won.

Aviva
5 out of 5 wins plus one more tomorrow
4 out of 5 favs won.
Last game on Sunday wasn't exactly a massacre but a win of 38-13 by Leicester, giving me a full house of 6 wins out of 6.

Currie Cup
Jeez I thought this would be the easiest week.
Griquas decide to play rugby and beat Lions away.
Sharks nearly lost to Cheetahs
Western Province finally showed up and Sharks gave up.
WP won 42-6...go figure.
2 out of 3 were favs though
I only got 1 out of 3 correct.

ITM Cup
With 2 more games to play which should go to favs
So far
5 out of 7 wins
6 of 7 were favs.
In the end 7 out of 9 were wins for me.
8 of 9 were favs.

Rabo Direct Pro 12
I started off great on friday with all wins and then Sat it all fell to pieces.
4 out of 6 wins
4 out of 6 were favs

I'll work out percentages tomorrow.

OK its Sunday morning.
I've just watched London welsh get beaten by Leicester Tigers.
Quite frankly I'm surprised Tigers let them score twice. Final score 38-13. I had Tigers by 28 so close enough for government work.
On Superbru this gives me top ranking in many pools as I got a full house with 6 out of 6 wins.

The ITM Cup last night was as follows
Auckland vs Manawatu. Auckland win 59-16. I thought they might be a bit banged up after they lost so badly to Crusaders last time out.
Obviously they weren't....they just didn't try very hard obviously.
Wellington slaughtered Southland Stags by 40-8. Sad really, as Stags were a hard team to beat last year.

So in conclusion. I had 23 wins out of 31 games with a win percentage overall of 74%

IF I HAD GONE WITH THE BOOKIES'  FAVS THE RESULTS WOULD HAVE BEEN;
26 wins from 31....bummer....84%
Is there a lesson to be learned from this?
