This is the lesser of the 2 cups by a long way, so a great analsis is a waste of time at this moment.
Suffice to say.
Gloucester should wrap up their division this week. Bordeaux will not field a strong team. Heck they may not even show up...I wouldn't...save monet LOL.

In this group Mont de marson vs Irish will mean nothing. Both teams could win depending on who is each team's roster.

The Bayonne group is close. Bayonne to beat Dragons and then thrash mogliano next week, and hope Wasps lose against a weakened Dragons next week. Very unlikely. But Bayonne have to try.

Bath group has them 8 pts clear of Agen and should wrap up this group this week.. If I were Agen coach I would spare the top troops for Top 14 league..

Grenoble at home to Stade will be a good game. Could go either way. Grenoble need to win to have a chance of winning division. They have an easy game vs Cavisano next week which should give them 5 pts. Stade have it all to do. It is foolish to back against this newly promoted team when they play at home. They beat Castres last week. Stade finally came good last week vs Bayonne. But the week before they were slaughtered by Montpellier. It was embarrassing. Given the amount of money at the club, and the stable of stars, one should go for Stade.
Stade lead this division by 4 from Grenoble so they could wrap this up if they win this week.

London Welsh vs Cavaliero means nothing.

Worcester and Perpignon both head the last group on 15 pts each. Worcester and Perps have easy games over next 2 weeks so both will need to rack up the points.
This division will boil down to pts for and against as Worcester and Perps have both played each other home and away and the home team won on each occasion.
